Interior Designer

Interior Design Consultant & Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Interior Design Consultant & Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the entire custom furniture and interior design process. You will be the main point of contact from the initial consultation until the project is handed over to our  production teams.

Key Responsibilities

~ Conduct showroom consultations to understand clients’ needs, style, budget, and project requirements.

~ Present and explain our furniture, materials, finishes, and design solutions.

~ Guide clients throughout the sales process and help convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

~ Work together with the design team to develop concepts, mood boards, and presentations when required.

~ Explain pricing and design proposals to clients.

~ Create or assist with basic drawings and working drawings when needed (depending on project requirements).

~ Coordinate project handovers to the production and workshop teams.

~ Follow up with clients throughout the project, providing updates and ensuring a smooth experience.

~ Coordinate with designers, workshop staff, and installers to ensure projects run according to schedule.

~ Support site visits, measurements, and installations when required.

~ Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication and excellent customer service.

Requirements

~ Experience or strong interest in interior design, custom furniture, architecture, or a related field.

~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

~ Comfortable presenting ideas and selling design solutions.

~ Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

~ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is an advantage.

~ Fluent in English

~ Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with designers and production teams.

~ Passion for design, furniture, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
