About the role
Woodara is a B2B furniture procurement and project completion company working with developers, architects, and design studios across Bali. We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to find leads, reach out to design studios, handle inbound inquiries, meet clients, and close deals on project completion and furniture orders.

What you'll do
Find and generate new leads (developers, design studios, architects)
Cold outreach to design studios and potential partners
Handle and convert inbound leads
Attend client meetings and close deals
Follow up persistently until deals close — no giving up after one "no"
Who we're looking for
Fluent English (C1+) — non-negotiable
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with high-value deals
Stress-resistant, highly proactive, communicative, ambitious
Someone who chases and closes — not someone who waits for leads to come to them
Experience working with demanding clients
We will not consider passive, low-energy, or unreliable candidates. This role requires real hustle.
