About The Role
We are seeking a Cashier West Java Associate to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat on a full-time basis. As a Cashier, you will be a crucial part of our customer-facing operations, responsible for processing transactions, managing the checkout experience, and maintaining the efficiency of our point-of-sale operations. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers and supporting the overall success of our retail store. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment where accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service excellence are paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping

• Perform petty cash reconciliation regularly

• Prepare and process sales invoices in accordance with company procedures

• Conduct three-way matching between Purchase Order, Delivery Note, and Receiving Report prior to invoicing

• Coordinate with related teams in case of discrepancies

• Support general administrative tasks in the Sales Finance division

• Prepare reports related to cash and invoicing as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field and minimum GPA of 3.00

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related position

• Familiar with invoicing process and three-way matching of PO, DN, RR

• Proficient in using ERP system

• Good time management skills, hardworking, honest, and responsible
