Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational and business challenges.
Support project teams with data-driven recommendations,
Monitor and verify field team attendance through the system.
Input, validate, and reconcile daily field reports.
Support administrative processes (manpower assignment letters & project documentation).
Maintain outlet and manpower master database.
Prepare daily activity, documentation, and sales performance reports.
Ensure MD & SPG submit accurate and timely reports.
Create reports using Excel & PowerPoint.
Manage operational assets (tools, uniforms, product samples).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (supervisors & management).
Support performance evaluation and principal reporting.
Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, administration, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis or related role.
Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage and interpret large datasets.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
