Responsibilities:
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Develop and execute social media strategies and editorial plans aligned with the brand and target audience.
Create engaging photo, video, and graphic design content.
Conduct photo and video shoots for clinic activities and events.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid ads campaigns (Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.)
Analyze content performance and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team and medical professionals to produce educational and informative content.
Requirements:
Education background min. S1 any major
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist (preferably in the healthcare, beauty clinic, or hospital industry).
Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Good understanding of social media trends, analytics and paid ads strategies.
Skilled in photography and videography, with content production knowledge.
Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work outside regular hours when needed (for events/content shoots).
Able to be mobile between clinic locations or events.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
