About the Role
We are seeking an Accounting Administrator & Office Coordinator to join our expanding team at PT Taichyun Industries Indonesia in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative functions supporting our activities in Indonesian market.
What you'll be doing
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain employee records, databases, and filing systems.
Answer phone calls and emails; prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure processes run efficiently.
Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to office staff to maintain an efficient working environment.
Organize and manage office supplies, equipment, utilities, inventory, and documents.
Assist employees with business travel arrangements
What we're looking for
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or management or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years of general affairs or accounting experience, preferably in a business-related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Good command of the English language (TOEFL requirement: minimum score of 500 for PBT or 70 for iBT).
Candidate must be well-organized, able to manage time effectively, and willing to learn.
Good communication skills with a positive work attitude.
Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and operational systems.
Nationality: Indonesian.
