Retail & Pop-up Store Operations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Retail & Pop-up Store Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end pop-up store operations and ensure smooth execution across all locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all pop-up store operations, including preparation, setup, execution, evaluation, and event closing.

• Supervise and support the Sales Advisor team to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

• Monitor store performance and ensure sales targets and company KPIs are achieved.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, stock updates, and operational activities.

• Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy throughout the event period.

• Assist the Finance team with sales administration, reconciliation, and bookkeeping for assigned pop-up stores.

• Ensure all store operations comply with company SOPs and visual merchandising standards.

• Travel to different cities to support pop-up store operations whenever required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, store operations, event operations, or a related field.

• Experience in managing retail staff or Sales Advisors is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and accustomed to working with KPIs.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel frequently for business trips.
