Responsibilities:
100% Remote Working/ Work from Home
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day. 44 hours work week
Design scalable frameworks to improve and standardize processes across the organization (HR and beyond)
Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Propose clear, practical recommendations on what to change and how to implement it
Drive end-to-end change initiatives — from idea, design, to implementation and adoption
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into structured, standardized processes
Partner with teams to align processes with digital solutions and automation
Develop SOPs, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across teams
Monitor adoption and continuously refine processes to ensure long-term scalability and effectiveness
Requirements:
Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in process improvement, business transformation, or consulting roles
Experience in process improvement, business transformation, or consulting roles
Strong ability to analyze workflows and recommend practical improvements (not just theory)
A framework thinker — able to design structured, repeatable systems across teams
Comfortable challenging existing practices and driving change across stakeholders
Ability to balance big-picture thinking (strategy) with hands-on execution
Experience working alongside or supporting digital/IT transformation projects is a plus
Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English
Must owned a working computer and must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps) for work purposes.
