HR Manager

PT Ever Faith Logistics International is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee Human Resources operations and support the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

• Handle compensation & benefits, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee administration.

• Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.

• Manage employee relations and resolve internal personnel conflicts.

• Coordinate with government institutions, including Immigration, Police, Manpower Office, BPJS, and other related authorities.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal regulations.

• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.

·         Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

·         Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.

·         Experienced in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training.

·         Experience in coordinating with government institutions (Immigration, Police, Manpower Office, BPJS, etc.) is preferred.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·         Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).

·         Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

·         Willing to be based in Gresik, East Java.
