? Export Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to customers regarding export procedures.

• Prepare, review, and ensure the completeness and compliance of export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Export Declarations (PEB), and other required documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations.

• Monitor shipment status and provide customers with timely updates.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Assist supervisors with daily export operations and related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above.

• Knowledge of Indonesian export procedures is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.

• Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as it will be used as the primary working language.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
