Job Description:
Process and manage monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, and salary calculation.
Assist in the recruitment process such as posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee data and HR administrative documents.
Support General Affairs (GA) tasks such as office administration and coordination of office needs.
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
Support other HRGA operational tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in HRGA, especially payroll or recruitment.
Understand payroll processing and HR administration.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team.
Must have Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written).
