About the Role (Farmer or Lead Hunter)
B2B Sales plays a key role in driving the company's growth by developing and managing business relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, contractors, property developers, architects, interior designers, building management, dealers, and other strategic partners.
This role consists of two functions:
Lead Hunter – responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new B2B customers and business opportunities.
Farmer – responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and partners while expanding business opportunities and increasing sales.
The primary goal is to achieve sales targets by developing long-term partnerships, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the company's sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, partners, and dealers.
Generate new sales opportunities from both new and existing accounts.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or lead generation.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Experience in prospecting and acquiring new customers is highly preferred.
Existing network within contractors, property developers, building management, architects, interior designers, government institutions, or other related industries is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation, partnership development, and channel strategy.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Confident in communicating through meetings, phone calls, messaging platforms, and presentations.
Experience selling products in the construction, home improvement, building materials, smart home, security, or related industries will be an advantage.
Own a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian.
