JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Key Account Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-value corporate clients—managing relationships, ensuring top-tier service retention, and driving revenue growth through B2B telecom solutions.
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers via in-person, online, or phone interactions, and understand their unique needs to recommend suitable products/services.
Sales Generation: Actively promote and demonstrate products/services to meet or exceed assigned sales targets/quotas.
Product Knowledge: Stay completely up-to-date on company products/services to provide accurate information on features, benefits, and pricing.
Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships and professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Sales Process & Reporting: Efficiently process SME applications, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
