Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients, investors, business partners, and internal teams.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes of meetings, and create follow-up action memos.
Support project preparation and coordination, including exhibitions, events, and business development activities.
Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and business itineraries.
Monitor deadlines, appointments, and important business commitments.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to drive and willing to travel or work mobile when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meeting tools.
Mandarin language proficiency will be an advantage.
