PT Alia Digital Printex - located in Subang, West Java, is currently seeking a Senior PPIC to support our production processes. The details for this position are as follows :
Responsibilities :
Responsible for developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecast, machine capacity.
Create and monitor the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supports.
Supervise daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring execution meets output targets and delivery timelines.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and validate production reports from all production lines.
Adjust schedules when disruptions occur (e.g., machine breakdowns, delayed materials, or quality issues).
Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments to ensure alignment between demand and production.
Generate periodic reports on production performance (efficiency, utilization, downtime, plan vs. actual output).
Enforce and maintain PPC-related SOPs, including ERP or production planning systems.
Provide guidance and performance feedback to planning staff or team members under supervision.
Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production flow.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a planner or PPC supervisor in a manufacturing company.
Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) especially for PPC and inventory modules.
Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, lean manufacturing, kanban, and just-in-time (JIT) principles.
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Dashboard creation.
Capable of analyzing production data for accurate scheduling and decision-making.
Experience handling multi-line and multi-process planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
Able to work under pressure, adapt to production changes, and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willing to work from our manufacturing in Subang, West Java.
