Senior PPIC (Production, Planning, Inventory Control)

PT Alia Digital Printex - located in Subang, West Java, is currently seeking a Senior PPIC to support our production processes. The details for this position are as follows :

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecast, machine capacity.

• Create and monitor the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supports.

• Supervise daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring execution meets output targets and delivery timelines.

• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and validate production reports from all production lines.

• Adjust schedules when disruptions occur (e.g., machine breakdowns, delayed materials, or quality issues).

• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments to ensure alignment between demand and production.

• Generate periodic reports on production performance (efficiency, utilization, downtime, plan vs. actual output).

• Enforce and maintain PPC-related SOPs, including ERP or production planning systems.

• Provide guidance and performance feedback to planning staff or team members under supervision.

• Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production flow.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a planner or PPC supervisor in a manufacturing company.

• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) especially for PPC and inventory modules.

• Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, lean manufacturing, kanban, and just-in-time (JIT) principles.

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Dashboard creation.

• Capable of analyzing production data for accurate scheduling and decision-making.

• Experience handling multi-line and multi-process planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.

• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

• Able to work under pressure, adapt to production changes, and meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Willing to work from our manufacturing in Subang, West Java.
