Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of assigned products, promotions, and pricing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Process customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns promptly.
- Keep the assigned selling area clean and presentable.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and store guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or product promotion is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Sales-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
