About the role
PT. Delta Utracon Indonesia is seeking a talented Junior Engineer to join our Projects & Operations team. This is a contract position based in Site Project. In this role, you will support senior engineers in the design, analysis, and implementation of civil and structural engineering projects. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment whilst contributing to the successful delivery of infrastructure and construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and establish your career in the civil engineering sector.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the whole specialist contractors's site works including post-tensioning works and its derivative such as heavy lifting, bridge construction etc.
Client's liason and coordination with other project stakeholders including design and drawing aspect.
Execute the project as per the contract and/ or mutual egreement.
Planning & Managing project resources (material, equipment, workers, and cost)
Provide Technical & Engineering Support.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly report.
Collaborate with the design engineering team (Singapore HQ Office) and client in solving project challanges.
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degress (S1) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, COnstruction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Max 2 Years Working Experience.
Experience in Project Execution/ Construction Fields will be a plus.
Willing to be deployed in any projects in any parts of Indonesia Fluent in English both speaking/ listening and writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or other engineering software is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Willing to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Must possess a valid Indonesian Class A and Class C Driving License (SIM A & SIM C)
