TMN is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our management team at TMN. You will be responsible for transforming complex raw data into actionable insights, facilitating informed decision-making, and streamlining performance reporting. You will act as a bridge between departments, particularly the Resource Development (RD) team, to ensure data integrity and operational transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain comprehensive daily and monthly performance reports for management, providing clear insights into company trends and KPIs.

• Analyze and summarize Resource Development pipeline data, including tracking total building counts, competitor-owned properties, and TMN-owned assets.

• Partner closely with the Warehouse, RD, and other relevant departments to source, validate, and integrate data from across the organization.

• Proactively identify data anomalies or discrepancies. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and perform rigorous cross-checks to ensure report accuracy.

• Assist the CEO and COO in high-level meetings by presenting data-driven summaries, market reviews, and competitor analysis.

• Leverage expertise in ERP systems to contribute to system building and optimize data management workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related analytical field.

• Has a minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial auditing.

• Must be fluent in English, though Mandarin fluency is a big plus!

• Has advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling).

• Has strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.

• Has strong proficiency in Power Query for efficient data transformation and cleaning.

• Has multiple years of experience in database management and ERP systems.

• Familiar with real estate metrics, such as rental pricing structures and building contracts, is highly preferred.

• Is a meticulous person with a proven ability to detect anomalies, cross-verify data, and maintain high standards of accuracy.

• Is a fast learner, particularly in grasping TMN’s unique business model and internal workflows.

• Has good communication, public speaking, and collaboration skills.

• Having experience working in fast-paced environments such as advertising agencies, startups, or media/tech companies is a plus!
