We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Customer Service Management Associate (Korean Speaker) to join our growing team in Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in the premium K-Beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Manage customer reservations, appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Conduct customer follow-ups and handle customer concerns appropriately.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Support CRM campaigns and prepare basic customer service reports.

• Provide Korean–Indonesian interpretation and translation support for internal projects and business activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written).

• Currently residing in Jakarta.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized, responsible, and customer-oriented.

• Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to continuous self-improvement.

• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty, medical aesthetics, or service industry.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience using CRM systems or customer databases.

• Enjoy meeting and communicating with people.
