We are an innovative preschool with a total of 4 centers established in Jakarta and Surabaya.

Our Creative Curriculum focuses on classroom interaction and strong collaboration between the teachers, students, and parents. We aim to stimulate curiosity in children and encourage them to develop the love for learning.

We are looking for qualified passionate teachers to join us in the new academic year 2026/2027.

We are currently accepting applications for Lead Teacher, Special Subject (Mandarin, Music) teachers and Assistant Teacher applications for the following classrooms:

• Infant

• Toddler

• Nursery

• Kindergarten

Roles and responsibilities:

• Undertake the teaching / assisting of a class in accordance with the school's agree policies and guidelines

• Create meaningful language opportunities for children where a love for learning and drama can be promoted

• Identify specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, special needs, extension and assessment for the children

• Use a variety of appropriate teaching methods to ensure high quality of inquiry, play-based learning for the children

• Document children's learning through contributions towards newsletters and portfolios

• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management, which include safety and hygiene of the children and classroom

• Work closely with other teaching staff in carrying out duties

• Build and maintain close partnership with parents
  

Requirements:

• Minimal 2 years experience in a Preschool setting

• Passionate for children and education

• Fun, flexible, and energetic team player who loves being an educator and willing to commit to a long-term role.

• Bright and bubbly person who is excellent at communicating with children at various levels as well as parents.

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus point for recruitment consideration.

• Fluency in the English Language

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently as well as within team
