Event & Exhibition Supervisor - Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilites:

1. Develop the event/activation brief provided by the brand PIC to ensure it is more measurable and executable. Conduct survey visits if necessary.
2. Create a complete BOQ and obtain approval from the Brand PIC, then collaborate with purchasing to secure vendors
3. Conduct market visits to explore ideas, learn strategies, and stay up-to-date with trends and the market
4. Collaborate with the other team, such as marketing team, channel management, operations, and data support team to prepare event, sales and document needed
5. Collaborate closely with vendors to prepare event requirements, from loading and unloading to execution at the event
6. Evaluate and create reports on campaigns and projects, and take PROs for future implementation and improvement
7. Ensure all report files and event photos are stored neatly, up to date, and easily accessible

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in any major
2. Minimum 3 years of handling event and exhibitions
3. Excellent communication team to collaborate with all other team to ensure the event/exhibitions running smooth
4. Understand pricing and materials equipment and tools for event and exhibition, able to choose the optimal material
5. Good teamwork
6. Willing to work be placed at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta
