Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets for digital and print marketing materials, including:
Social media content and advertisement
Website banners and graphics
EDMs (Email Marketing)
Posters, brochures and flyers
Presentation materials
Event collaterals
Corporate branding materials
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, doctor educational content, interviews, corporate communications, and event highlights.
Enhance videos with appropriate transitions, subtitles, captions, music, and basic visual effects to produce engaging and professional content.
Create simple animations or motion graphics when required to support marketing and digital content initiatives (an advantage, but not a primary responsibility).
Ensure all creative outputs comply with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Work closely with the Singapore and Indonesia marketing team to understand creative briefs and execute them accurately.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Produce high-quality creative work with minimal revisions by understanding and following creative directions effectively.
Stay updated on current design, video editing, and social media trends to continuously improve creative output.
Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print production.
Maintain an organised library of creative assets and design files.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Proficient in Canva.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant Adobe applications.
Strong video editing skills using CapCut (mandatory).
Experience with Adobe Premier Pro and other video editing software is an added advantage.
Good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Able to follow and maintain strict brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Familiar with social media platforms, content creation, and current digital design trends.
Can work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Understands creative directions well and executes them accurately.
Produces high-quality work with minimal revisions.
Is organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Has a positive attitude and is proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Is a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues across different teams and countries.
Is open to feedback, receptive to constructive criticism, and able to incorporate feedback positively into their work.
Communicates professionally and works well in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in the Sudirman area of Jakarta. The position is not eligible for remote or work-from-home arrangements and reports directly to the Marketing team at the Singapore Headquarters, with regular collaboration across regional teams.
