Position Summary
We are seeking an agile and proactive Mandarin Speaker Personal Assistant to serve as the core communication bridge between our Indonesian and Chinese teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless cross-cultural collaboration, operational clarity, and high-quality documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with all departments and report directly to the Head of HR & Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Liaison: Facilitate daily communication and information flow between the Indonesian local team and the Chinese management/team.
Translation & Interpretation: Provide accurate verbal and written translation for meetings, reports, emails, and operational documentation.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Head of HR & Finance, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to ensure departmental alignment and project transparency.
Documentation Excellence: Maintain clear, structured records of meetings, decisions, and action items to ensure organizational knowledge is preserved.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential communication gaps or operational bottlenecks and suggest proactive solutions.
Required Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) and professional fluency in Indonesian and English.
Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a cross-cultural liaison role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable points.
Documentation Skills: Strong proficiency in professional writing and administrative documentation tools.
