Description
Coffee Machine Technician
- Technically Skilled or familiar with coffee machines.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing, repairing & replacing of technical machines familiarity.
- Provide support and assistance to the sales, technical and training team.
- Can train client of basic troubleshooting.
- Can communicate with clients/customers the technical issues being addressed.
- Can multi task.
Responsibilities
- Open to no work experience but must be with Barista National Certificate.
- At least College Level, Vocational, or College Graduate.
- Similar experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Fast learner and can adopt easily to fast paced working environment.
- Willing to be trained.
