Qualification (Skill/Competency):
Min Diploma degree (D3) in Engineering or related major
Minimum 2 years as a Leader and at least 5 years total experience in Quality Control.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and operating measurement equipment.
Experience in electronics, injection molding, metal stamping, or the automotive industry.
Strong experience in managing and controlling multiple subordinates.
Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description:
Analyze inspection data and drive process improvements.
Monitor Mass Production (MP) results to ensure they meet quality standards.
Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management.
Verify and investigate defective parts returned from the field or assembly line.
Ensure that all finished products comply with the company's quality requirements.
