Exhibition Designer (Supervisor)

• Lead the execution of event infrastructure projects from preparation through teardown, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Evaluate technical layouts, design specifications, and construction details to confirm feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
• Organize and manage the allocation of tools, equipment, and construction materials needed for each event.
• Perform venue assessments prior to installation and recommend corrective measures for potential operational or safety concerns.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure workmanship standards, project timelines, and quality objectives are consistently met.
• Promote adherence to occupational health, safety, and company operational standards throughout project execution.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of installation crews, contractors, and support personnel.
• Encourage collaboration among team members while maintaining professionalism and accountability at project sites.
• Manage the mobilization, deployment, retrieval, and inventory control of event structures and related assets.
• Conduct routine checks during live events to ensure all structures remain secure, functional, and presentable.
• Prepare reports, document site activities, and provide updates to management as required.
• Carry out additional duties and special projects that may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a relevant bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the capacity.
• With people management experience.
• Proficient in using Sketchup, AutoCAD, any 3D software.
• Must have a portfolio.

NOTE:

We are open to Engineers or Architects who have designing experience and would like to shift to the event management industry.
