Job Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager Ion Water is responsible for developing and managing integrated ATL, digital, creative, media, and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. This role translates brand objectives and consumer insights into integrated communication initiatives across ATL, digital, and in-store touchpoints.
Job Description
ATL & Digital Strategy Development
Develop integrated ATL and digital communication strategies by translating brand objectives, consumer insights, and campaign priorities into effective media and communication plans.
Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, communication pillars, channel roles, and media mix strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness, reach, and engagement.
Lead campaign planning processes by aligning timelines, budgets, execution priorities, and expected performance outcomes across ATL and digital channels.
Creative & Communication Management
Lead ATL and digital campaign development by overseeing creative concepts, communication messaging, content direction, and visual execution aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure effective storytelling, execution quality, and consistency across communication channels.
Review and optimize communication materials, media deliverables, and campaign assets to maintain alignment with brand standards and campaign priorities.
Media & Digital Performance Management
Oversee ATL and digital media execution and analyse its effectiveness and performance analytics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement, conversion, cost efficiency, and ROI) to identify optimization opportunities.
Drive improvements in media allocation, audience targeting, content performance, and digital effectiveness based on campaign evaluation and performance analysis.
Prepare campaign performance reports, optimization recommendations, and post-campaign learning documentation to support continuous improvement.
Digital Consumer Engagement
Guide digital engagement initiatives by aligning content strategies, digital amplification approaches, and online engagement activities with campaign objectives and consumer behavior.
Support influencer and digital advocacy initiatives through alignment of content direction, engagement priorities, and amplification strategies.
Monitor digital and social trends to identify opportunities for improving campaign effectiveness and brand relevance.
In-Store Marketing & Activation Integration
Coordinate in-store marketing and shopper activation initiatives to ensure alignment between ATL campaigns, digital communication, and retail execution.
Review POSM and shopper communication materials to ensure consistency with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Activation teams to support effective implementation and execution quality across retail and activation channels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 6 years of experience managing ATL, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns within FMCG or Food & Beverage industry
Strong experience in media strategy, creative development, and digital performance management
Experience integrating ATL, digital, shopper marketing, and activation execution
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional campaign execution
