Job Responsibility:
Provide daily office IT support and technical troubleshooting.
Resolve IT helpdesk requests properly and on time.
Maintain office PCs (performance, OS, software, and antivirus).
Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and equipment.
Track IT assets, movements, and inventory records.
Document all IT activities and problem resolutions.
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
Troubleshoot basic networks (LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity).
Enforce IT policies and security compliance
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational High School (SMK) in IT or equivalent
Preferable has at least 1 year working experience as IT Support in Manufacturing Industry
Have experience handling Networks (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN), Operating System (OS), and Computer Hardware
Proficient in reading, writing & speaking English
This position will be employed as Outsourcing
Willing to work in MM2100 Industrial Town, Cibitung, Bekasi
