Job Description:
Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Determine the priority and sequence of maintenance work based on urgency and impact on operations.
Coordinate with production team and related departments to determine the most appropriate time to carry out maintenance.
Create and manage work orders for all maintenance activities, including assigning tasks to technicians.
Analyze the spare parts needed in the area of ??responsibility to be proposed to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
Have at least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor, especially in Food/Beverage Industry (Preventive, Processing or Packaging).
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Have a good knowledge and skills of production processes and machinery.
Have a good understanding of Six Sigma.
Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, and quality, and implementing new ones as required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in managing a team.
Willing to be placed in Majalengka or Bandung, West Java.
