Role: Senior Tax Reviewer
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 12:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH
Responsibilities:
- Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Prepare tax returns as needed in addition to review responsibilities
- Provide guidance and feedback on tax filings to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify errors, risks, or inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
- Support timely delivery of returns in a deadline-driven environment
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders
- Uphold firm standards for professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience reviewing and preparing tax returns
- Strong technical knowledge of individual and business tax filings
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to balance review and preparation responsibilities
- Proven reliability and sustained availability during tax season
- Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
