Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels).

• Develop and execute monthly content plans and content calendars.

• Create engaging and trend-driven content ideas aligned with the brand identity.

• Capture photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Design simple marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Write compelling captions and basic copy for social media posts.

• Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports using platform insights.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages when required.

• Collaborate with the marketing team and music teachers to produce creative content.

• Support promotional campaigns, events, concerts, workshops, and other company activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).

• Creative and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

• Proficient in short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software).

• Able to create simple visual designs using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Basic copywriting skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Basic English proficiency.

• Must submit a portfolio showcasing previous social media content or creative work.
