MEP Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced MEP Technician to maintain and troubleshoot multiple luxury villa properties across Bali.

This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pool, and water systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and capable of solving problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain villa MEP systems

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues

• Maintain water pumps, filtration systems, water tanks, and pool equipment

• Diagnose and repair electrical panels, MCBs, lighting, switches, and outlets

• Coordinate and supervise external contractors when required

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns

• Keep maintenance records and report technical issues

• Source and purchase required spare parts and materials

• Travel between company properties across Bali as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance, engineering, hotels, villas, or commercial buildings

• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, water pump, and pool systems

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and wiring diagrams

• Experience working independently and solving technical problems

• Valid SIM A or SIM C

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Basic English is an advantage

Work Location

Based primarily in Canggu / Seseh, with occasional travel to other company properties in Bali, including Amed.
