Claims Officer

Job Description Summary :
Carry out all tasks related to Claims Processing, including verifying claims eligibility and checking the accuracy of claims documents as per Company’s Employee Remuneration guidelines and policies, as well as in accordance with the Payroll and Claims business unit policies to achieve agreed SLA

Job Description :

• Perform day-to-day claims processing activities pertaining to GAR’s existing benefit programs, which includes, but not limited to:

  • Providing support and able to handle large claim volumes on medical, travel insurance, communication, leave passage, personal accident insurance, travel and expense claims. This includes verifying incoming claims and accuracy of claims documents

  • Coordinating with third party providers (e.g. insurance companies, hospital providers) regarding any issues in claims processing and escalate any issues to Head of Payroll & Claims where required

  • Coordinating with internal CBS team (People Service team) to make sure claims are being accurately paid as per employee’s benefit eligibility

  • Providing support for any travel and expense claims activities performed in Workday

• Ensure that the confidentiality of all data is maintained

• Perform an accurate and timely benefit claims process in accordance with the SLA and KPI specified

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, from any major

• Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.

• Domicile in Jabodetabek

• Available to fully work from office (WFO)

• Available to join ASAP
