Duties and Responsibilities:?
- Provides the highest standards of service to members regarding general inquiries on benefit utilization, LOA issuance, exclusions, approval status, policy coverage, and other related concerns.
- Handles member complaints and feedback, providing appropriate resolutions consistently
and professionally.
- Meets service-level targets by achieving high productivity within predetermined
timeframes.
- Coordinates with the technical team, insurers, brokers, or service providers to meet member needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Certificate in Insurance or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in the HMO, Third-Party Administration (TPA), call center, or hospitality industry is a major advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused, proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules.
