Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably as a Mine Planning Supervisor or Mine Planning Engineer.
Strong knowledge of mine design, production scheduling, pit optimization, haul road design, water management, and short-, medium mine planning
Solid understanding of mining regulations, Good Mining Practice (GMP), and mine safety management systems.
Proficient in mine planning software, including Surpac and MineSched (mandatory)
Possession of a First-Line Operational Supervisor (POP) Certificate is preferred.
Experience in designing mine infrastructure and supporting facilities, including haul roads, sediment ponds, and other mining facilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good command of spoken and written English.
