About the role
We're looking for an engaging and charismatic Host to join our team at PT. Stellaris Technology Indonesia, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for hosting our exciting live-streaming events, connecting with our audience, and driving brand awareness and engagement.
Job Responsibilities
-Host and conduct daily live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok & Shopee.
-Prepare product knowledge and deliver clear product introductions during live streams.
-Set up and showcase products in a professional and appealing way.
-Analyze live streaming performance weekly and provide reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
-Learn from competitors/live streaming trends and apply strategies to improve performance.
-Write and optimize product descriptions with strong selling points and engaging content.
Job Requirements
-Experience in online/offline sales; TikTok live streaming experience is highly preferred, preferably in either home living or haircare category.
-Confident, energetic, and skilled in engaging audiences during live sessions.
-Good communication skills in English.
-Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of brand reputation.
-Familiar with social media trends and able to provide creative input.
-Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
-Able to work up to 36 hours per week
-Willing to work and be assigned to Pergudangan 99, Kosambi Dadap (Tangerang) and Cisauk BSD.
