About the role
As an Operations Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the business by ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and consistent service quality across all locations. This role is responsible for developing operational strategies, leading and coaching operational teams, implementing and improving SOPs, managing pre-opening and daily operations, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvements to support business growth through operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
Lead and oversee the daily operations of Production, Event, IT Support, Maintenance teams.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational SOPs to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.
Plan, monitor, and ensure the timely execution of booth production, maintenance schedules, and event preparations.
Manage manpower planning, work schedules, and team assignments to ensure operational readiness for all projects and events.
Supervise operational budgets (RAB) and ensure cost efficiency across projects and operational activities.
Ensure all photobooth equipment, hardware, software, and operational assets are well-maintained and meet company standards.
Conduct regular team briefings, performance evaluations, coaching, and operational reporting to improve productivity and team performance.
Resolve operational, technical, and service-related issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure project execution aligns with client requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational performance, quality standards, and event execution while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in F&B Service Management/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/Retail.
3 Years of management Experience in related field with Leading many teams, including training, coaching.
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
Bilingual skills in Bahasa Indonesia – English is highly valued.
Interpersonal and Intercultural skills.
Ability to conduct specific subject matter and situation briefings.
Excellent managerial and administrative skills.
Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style.
Commitment to get the job done.
Delegate responsibilities effectively.
Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
Able to work under pressure.
Familiar with the design of SOPs, Work Instructions, and Job Aides to improve workflow and compliance.
Willing and able to travel to get the jobs done.
Have an experience in pre opening and launching process.
