Garment Merchandiser

Job List:

• Have an extensive network of fabric mills, sewing vendors, and trim suppliers to source materials efficiently and support competitive pricing and lead times.

• Coordinate and follow up on orders with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in product development, ensuring products meet quality and budget standards. Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong business relationships.

• Communicate with factories/suppliers to oversee product development, production, and shipment. Arrange and validate sample submissions to customers. 

• Oversee sampling and order management processes, addressing potential quality or delivery issues. Manage bookings and deliveries of fabrics, yarn, trims, and accessories with buyers and suppliers.

• Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality production and on-time delivery.

• Ensure orders follow the 'Time and Action Plan' for timely shipments with the right quality and quantity.

• Update buyers on production status and resolve any delays or issues.

• Review and approve color standards, lab dips, and bulk production to ensure color consistency and accuracy across orders. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Garment or Fashion Merchandising,

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably with experience in both factory and buying agent roles

• Should have strong product and material knowledge and product development process

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Strong MS Office skills.

• Willingness to travel domestic

• Requirement to be able to work in Bogor
