Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the exclusive importer and distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia.
We're looking for a Brand Visual Specialist who sees every touchpoint as a canvas. Someone who can keep two premium global beauty brands looking sharp, fresh, and unmistakably premium everywhere they show up, from an e-commerce banner to a salon shelf and a live streaming background.
This is a role for someone who brings energy, not just execution. We want a visual thinker who reads trends early and turns them into ideas that move the brand forward.
What You'll Create
- Design and execute creative concepts across the board: digital marketing materials, social content (carousel, highlights), e-commerce visuals, promo materials, GWP, event booths, and company branding.
- Own the visual side of e-commerce. Refresh the storefront every quarter to match the running campaign theme, and pitch your own visual campaign ideas to lift online performance.
- Bring brands to life in motion. Build 3D assets and motion graphics in After Effects, including on brand, refreshable live streaming backgrounds.
- Plan, roll out, and evaluate Visual Merchandising across salons and modern retail. Build planograms per outlet type, coordinate the production and distribution of VM materials, and run scheduled store visits to make sure execution meets brand standards.
- Adapt K18 and ghd Key Visuals for local needs, from VM and modern retail to promo materials, GWP, and event booths, always staying true to brand guidelines.
- Keep everything findable. Build and maintain a clean inventory of all visual assets and VM materials, tracking what's deployed where, when it was installed, and when it's due for a refresh.
- Build and protect the PMI company brand guidelines, and review external vendor and agency output to keep it on brand.
You're The Right Fit If You
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in graphic design or visual creative work.
- Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), comfortable in After Effects for motion graphics, and able to work in at least one 3D tool (Blender, Cinema 4D, or SketchUp).
- Have a strong grasp of typography, visual communication, and brand guideline implementation.
- Understand Visual Merchandising and planograms, and can translate brand standards into real world store layouts.
- Are proactive by nature, the kind of person who initiates campaign ideas rather than only reacting to briefs.
- Combine sharp creative thinking with serious attention to detail, strong cross functional collaboration, and integrity.
Nice To Have
- Experience with premium brands (beauty, haircare, or lifestyle).
- Hands on visual merchandising or retail planogram experience.
- Background working at a beauty or FMCG distributor or importer.
