JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and oversee customer service operations to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction for both import and export clients.
Handle client inquiries, provide regular reporting, and resolve escalated operational issues or customs-related troubles smoothly.
Oversee and execute end-to-end sea freight forwarding arrangements using internal and external logistics systems, including booking, cargo tracking, and system data entry.
Coordinate and manage container transportation, including trucking and drayage arrangements between ports and customer warehouses.
Optimize container loading schedules and space booking with shipping lines to ensure timely delivery.
Supervise the preparation, verification, and processing of all essential shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Customs Declarations.
Ensure all documentation complies with Indonesian customs regulations and AEO standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Language: English Business-level
Experience: More than 5 years of professional experience in a related role, specifically in Sea Freight Operations.
Has managerial experience.
Proven experience in AEO operations and customs clearance handling.
