SPV OD & HR Operation

We are looking for an experienced HR Operation & Organization Development (OD) Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations while driving organization development initiatives that support business growth. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient HR processes, developing HR systems, improving employee performance, and strengthening organizational capabilities within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day HR Operations to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Develop, review, and maintain organizational structure, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Performance Management Systems, including KPI and Performance Appraisal processes.

• Prepare, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and related procedures.

• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including employment contracts, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and other personnel changes.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.

• Support talent management, succession planning, career development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

• Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with department managers to support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing company is required.
