Your strategic approach using the latest Google, Meta, Linkedin, and Other Paid Ads techniques including use of AI will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our position in the luxury rental market.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven Senior Performance Marketing & Local Growth Lead to command our multi-channel customer acquisition and local search ecosystem. In this role, you will hold absolute ownership over building, launching, and scaling premium paid funnels across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Simultaneously, you will orchestrate the search dominance and algorithmic updates of our 13 luxury Prestige Rentals Google Business Profiles.

This is an advanced role for a modern marketer who aggressively leverages cutting-edge AI tools to continuously generate, test, and optimize high-converting creative structures while maintaining absolute brand compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Ad Creation & Multivariate Testing

AI Creative Architecture: Build and manage a high-volume, AI-augmented ad creation pipeline (utilizing tools like AdCreative.ai, Admagica, or UGCClip) to generate hyper-targeted, luxury-grade assets at scale.

Rapid Trend Testing: Leverage generative AI text and video models to quickly test multiple hook variants, visual motifs, and layout styles, ensuring our campaigns outpace asset fatigue and align with real-time digital trends.

Systemized Optimization: Implement a continuous feedback loop where creative analytics inform your next AI production run—scaling winning hooks to new formats while maintaining strict alignment with our premium brand kit.

2. Paid Media Mastery (Google, Meta & LinkedIn)

Google Ads & Display: Architect and scale hyper-targeted Google Search, Performance Max, and elite Google Banner (Display) campaigns. Capture high-intent luxury search demand using smart bidding structures.

Meta Ads Management: Deploy high-converting, premium funnel sequences across Instagram and Facebook. Utilize precise demographic, behavioral, and interest-based layering to safely target HNWIs and luxury consumers.

LinkedIn Ads Execution: Lead targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and corporate campaigns on LinkedIn to capture enterprise travel accounts, high-end event coordinators, and executive clientele.

3. Google Business Profile Local Pack Dominance (13 LocationsAlgorithmic Maintenance: Take full responsibility for our 13 Prestige Rentals physical listings, ensuring they are perfectly optimized against current local search updates (including Gemini-powered visual discovery and landmark-based navigation trends).

AI Local Q&A Management: Oversee and curate Google's automated AI-generated Q&A queues for all locations, gatekeeping factual correctness and maintaining our premier brand voice.

Local Paid Systems: Deploy high-impact Google Local Services Ads (LSAs) and location-based search ads, driving user behavioral metrics (clicks, calls, map directions) across our 13 locations to maximize regional search rankings.

Multi-Location Command: Confirmed experience safely managing multi-location asset footprints (10+ profiles) without suspension risks, while maximizing the synergy between paid local search ads and organic maps performance.

Elite Brand Alignment: A pristine aesthetic eye capable of recognizing and maintaining a clean, high-status presentation across all banner formats, ad copies, and photography assets.
