AI Enablement Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI Enablement Specialist to become our internal AI champion. This is not an engineering role — it is a people-first position focused on empowering every team in our R&D department to understand, embrace, and effectively use AI tools in their daily work. Job Descriptions
• Act as the go-to internal resource for all things AI — educating employees across R&D on how to leverage AI tools and workflows effectively.

• Design and deliver hands-on AI training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs tailored to different roles (designers, engineers, product managers, etc.).

• Identify practical AI use cases within each team and guide employees on how to integrate AI tools into their existing workflows.

• Curate and maintain an internal AI knowledge base, including guides, tutorials, tool reviews, and best practice documentation.

• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and products (e.g., generative AI, AI assistants, productivity tools) and share relevant updates with the team.

• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms suited to specific departmental needs.

• Gather feedback from employees, measure AI adoption progress, and continuously improve the enablement program.

• Collaborate with team leads to champion a culture of AI literacy and innovation across the company.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field — what matters most is deep, genuine knowledge of AI and how it works.

• 3+ years of experience working closely with AI tools, platforms, or in an AI-adjacent role (e.g., AI consultant, AI trainer, innovation specialist, or similar).

• Broad and up-to-date knowledge of the AI landscape: generative AI, LLMs, AI productivity tools, automation, and emerging AI applications.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Copilot, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills — you can explain complex AI concepts in simple, relatable language.

• Natural ability to engage, inspire, and train people with varying levels of technical background.

• Self-motivated, curious, and always learning — you proactively explore new AI developments.

• MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline or having exposure of study abroad will be a plus point.

• Be able to speak mandarin will be a plus point.
