Early Childhood Principal (for Indramayu placement)

EcoSocioTech School (formerly HighScope Indonesia) is an internationally accredited school under Redea Institute throughout Indonesia. Our programs range from early childhood to elementary, middle school, and high school.

This position is for our upcoming new unit, Principal of Early Childhood Education Program in Indramayu.

Expected to start in August for on-the-job training and classroom training. Working arrangement is WFO Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English Linguistics, or other relevant degree. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong knowledge and implementation of Early Childhood education. Minimum 3 years of experience as a teacher or 2 years as a principal, a previous HighScope Indonesia teacher is a huge plus.

• Strong command of English skills, written and verbal.

• Strong leadership, communicative, agile, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Willing to move to Indramayu and attend the on-the-job training in Bengkulu and Jakarta (transportation and accommodation provided).

Job Description :

• Lead the consistent implementation of the EcoSocioTech approach.

• Ensure lesson planning, classroom routines, and daily schedules reflect developmentally appropriate practice and EcoSocioTech standards.

• Recruit, onboard, develop, and evaluate teachers and support staff to build a continuous improvement culture.

• Build strong partnership with parents through proactive communication and school community events.

• Collaborate with departments, directors, and external parties to support activities.
