Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating healthcare-related services.
- Verify and update patient or client information while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process documentation, records, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably a graduate of a medical-allied course.
- Undergraduate applicants with at least 3rd-year college standing may also be considered.
- Graduates of non-medical allied courses are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and willing to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifting schedules, including night shifts if required.
Compensation:
- Salary: PHP 16,000 – PHP 22,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Candidates with higher salary expectations may still be considered based on relevant experience.
