- Skilled in handling reports, maintaining product information, and working with large volumes of data
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
About the Role
This role supports the Product Team by assisting with daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate product information, preparing reports, coordinating with suppliers, and helping ensure product launches are completed efficiently. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Working On
Product Support & Administration
- Provide administrative assistance to the Product Team on day-to-day activities.
- Keep product records, files, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative requirements.
- Assist in coordinating product launches and tracking outstanding tasks.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare reports, trackers, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support operational reporting and monitor key product information.
Coordination & Operations
- Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Assist with email correspondence, meeting coordination, and team-related activities.
- Provide general administrative and operational support whenever required.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates with internship experience or exposure to administrative work are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to five years of relevant professional experience are also welcome.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and reporting.
- Experience creating spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, or tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as MYOB Advanced is an advantage.
- Able to work collaboratively with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.
