Job Title: Procurement Buyer Specialist

Location: Onsite – Client’s Premise, Sucat, Parañaque

What You’ll Do

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, canvassing, purchase order processing, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials, supplies, and services based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor purchase requests, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements with suppliers.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations is required.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, purchasing workflows, and procurement-related terms and documentation.
• Experience handling supplier coordination, purchase orders, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or procurement systems is an advantage.
