About the Role
Rawform is looking for a highly reliable Project Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination behind our interior fit-out projects. This is a step up from a standard coordinator role — we're looking for someone sharp, strategic, and genuinely dependable, who can keep projects, quotes, and clients moving with minimal oversight.
You'll be the consistent point of contact across the pre-sales and project phases, keeping leads progressing, quotations accurate, and internal and external stakeholders aligned. The priority is someone the founder can truly rely on to get details right the first time, from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Manage and follow up on in-bound sales leads, maintaining structured communication to move opportunities toward conversion
Prepare quotations and ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility
Produce or liaise with architects and freelancers to ensure detailed drawings are delivered on time
Act as a consistent, professional point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sales and project phases
Oversee project coordination, timelines, and completion
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and freelancers to protect margin and timeline
Maintain disciplined project reporting and documentation for clear management visibility
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in interior design and project coordination
Strong English — confident, clear, professional written and spoken communication
Exceptional attention to detail — particularly on quotation calculations and documentation, with zero-error tolerance, as well as quality control reviews on site during project installation
Confidence and initiative — able to operate independently and reduce the need for owner involvement
Strategic thinking — anticipates issues, solves problems, and improves process rather than just executing tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep them on track
Comfortable coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and design freelancers
Nice to Have
Architectural background with ability to make or edit designs in SketchUp and exposure to construction
Experience with higher-volume or higher-complexity fit-out projects
Familiarity with BOQ and cost control
Scope & Authority
This is a coordination-led role with commercial and design support responsibilities. It is not a full Project Manager or independent revenue-owner position. The role supports sales conversion and project delivery but does not hold final pricing authority or independent decision-making over deals.
