About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business operations through data gathering, reporting, and analysis. This role involves monitoring data accuracy, preparing reports, and providing insights that help improve decision-making and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
- Create and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data findings.
- Support departments with data-related requests and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with large sets of data.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
